After ACDF surgery (C3–C6), I hit rock bottom — not just physically, but emotionally. I had to learn how to rebuild in a new way: non-impact strength, controlled movement, breathwork, and a mindset that respects the body instead of fighting it.
Surgery to Strength is for anyone who feels limited, left out, or unsure how to move forward. You are not broken. You are rebuilding.
